It opened in 2009, was renovated in 2019 and has seven rooms: Deluxe Double, Standard, Master and Cottage Double rooms. It has a garden, a library, a shared kitchen, a cafe, free parking and a laundry service, and smoking is limited to designated areas.
The setting is calm and green and a short walk from the Tushita Meditation Centre and trekking routes towards Triund and Bhagsunag. Guests like the location near the main walking street, though one notes that it takes a while to go down to the temple area and up to Dharamkot. It suits couples, longer-stay travellers and anyone wanting a homely, low-key base that is not on the main square.
