Which hotels in Dharamshala can host a corporate offsite?

The largest is Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort, whose pillarless ballroom seats up to about 300, with smaller meeting rooms and boardrooms. Several hotels have halls for 20 to 120 people. We check the current capacity and dates with each hotel for your group.

Can a big group do the Triund trek?

Yes, with a registered local guide. The forest department fee was cut to Rs 100 per person per day in January 2024 and the tent fee to Rs 550 for two; it is collected at the Gallu check post. Confirm the fee there on the day, as some sources still quote older amounts.

How do you move a group around Dharamshala?

Tempo Travellers and small buses for the main roads, and Innovas or similar for the narrow lanes to Dharamkot, Bhagsu and Naddi, where big buses cannot go.

How far ahead should a group book?

Four to eight weeks for most groups, and longer for Christmas and New Year, Diwali, long weekends and May-June, when the best hotels fill first.

Do you charge for planning?

No. The quote shows the price for each hotel, vehicle and activity, and you pay only for what you book.

Can we visit Norbulingka Institute as a group?

Yes. It is in Sidhpur, below Dharamshala. Its official site lists entry at Rs 50 for Indian visitors and opening until 5:30 pm. Photography is not allowed inside the temple.
