It is a modest, no-frills hotel of a little over twenty rooms on Bhagsu Road, a few minutes on foot from the main square. The rooms are plain and practical, but each has a balcony with a view out over the valley and hills, which is the main reason people keep coming back.
It works best for independent travellers, couples and volunteers who want a clean, central base and plan to eat out in the many cafes nearby. Note that the in-house restaurant has been listed as under renovation, so do not count on meals on site. Being on a busy road, some rooms pick up street noise, and hot water pressure can vary in peak season, so ask for a room away from the road if you are a light sleeper.
